All I can say about the Atrium is YES, I would recommend this residence to families who are looking for independent living for a family member, but still would like something a little more intimate, access to more supports and services, and not so apartment like.

My Dad is now a resident at the Atrium and he couldn’t have chosen a better retirement home for himself. The minute we walked through the door for our tour, we were greeted with such warmth, caring and friendliness that I knew my Dad had found the place for him.
The Atrium is well maintained and ensuring residents safety is a priority. My Dad is enjoying every minute of the activities, socializing with fellow residents, the variety of meals and being able to continue with his independence. The staff at the Atrium are incredible as they made my Dad feel valued, cared for and part of the community from day one.
It is never easy having your parent make this step, but the Atrium most certainly made my Dad’s transition a smooth one.

The Atrium is a warm and welcoming home. The facility is well-designed and the common areas are easily accessible. The staff are courteous and work well as a team to support the residents.
The activities are outstanding, creative and innovative and the Director does an excellent job of keeping the residents engaged. There is rarely a day where there isn’t a planned activity and resources are always available to the residents.
My mother’s stay there was brief but she enjoyed it and we knew she was safe and well-cared for.
